Enter the property through the main door, walking over the “draw bridge”, which opens up into the very light and airy lounge room, containing comfortable seating arranged around a bespoke coffee table, TV and large fire place with log burning stove which is delightful during the colder winter months, continuing on through to the bespoke kitchen / dining area with its stainless steel free standing units complemented by the main dining table and eight chairs, all in keeping with the architects original remit.
If you turn off the “draw bridge” taking a flight of steel stairs you are now in the ground floor atrium hallway, passing first the family bathroom with double sink units with wall mounted mirrors, bath with shower over and toilet, glass door to utility room with washer dryer, hot water immersion tank, iron & board, general storage and glass / steel door to pool and sun terrace.
Further down the hall way with windows offering very pleasant views over fields, forest and beyond.
The next door on your right is bedroom two, complete with double bed, ample storage for all the clothing you need for a long stay, open shelving and seating, glass / steel door to pool and sun terrace.
Then we come to bedroom three furnished with two single beds, seating and open shelving, fitted wardrobes and glass / steel door to pool and sun terrace.
Continue down the hallway on your left are doors out onto the road side, on your right is the door to the master bedroom, fitted out with a queen size bed, seating, bespoke draw unit and again ample built-in wardrobes. Glass / steel door which again leads out onto the pool and sun terrace. Another major feature to our master bedroom is the walk-in shower room complete with twin sinks, wall mounted mirrors and ample storage for towels and all bathroom consumables.
Returning to the hallway the last door is the second toilet.
Going back and exiting the front door, the grass area directly in front of the house we use for parking, its rough mown lawn and surrounded by a number of ever-green bushes and fruit trees giving it a feel of an extended garden rather than parking. If you turn left you are naturally taken down a small flight of stone steps onto the dining terrace which is placed in front of the open-end barn, which gives lovely shade when relaxing or dining during the day. The barn is also fitted with ample lighting to allow comfortable alfresco evening dining.
There is then another small flight of stone steps down to the pool and sun terrace, the 5 x 10 metre pool has full width steps which have also been designed with enough depth to allow you to sit on them in comfort and also makes for extremely easy entry and exit.
The sun terrace goes around the pool and at the furthest end of the terrace the garden is finished off with rough mown lawn; there are a number of fruit, olive and oak trees around the boundary of the garden, although the pool area is very secluded this boundary just gives a little extra privacy.
